So overall, the casino and the amenities are very nice, but there needs to be major improvements done on the customer service and slot payouts. Also, they provide buses that go to the Bloomington area if you want to go to the Mall of America.

The Minnehaha Cafe stays open very late, if you want a quick, small bite to eat after 12 am. The bingo area is very nice, modern and the non-smoking section is of nice size. The pluses is that the casino is huge, many slots to choose from.

As a matter of fact, they were so bad I could walk to the moon easier than winning something decent on them. The slot machines were far from profitable. For that many slot attendants (trust me there are alot), it should not take more than 5-10 minutes. If you needed help, it was a minimum 15 minute wait. Everywhere you went you could not have any privacy.one was even so rude they gave me a headache, as I was playing a slot machine and they were talking very loudly to another patron. The employees were very much hounding you, like a guard at a prison.

We were excited, as usual as we both love Minneapolis and the vicinity, but this trip took the cake. I traveled to Mystic Lake in mid January with a friend.
